PRODUCT WARRANTY

The Panamax surge protector you have just purchased is the finest surge protector made. Most Panamax protectors carry a lifetime warranty*. For product replacement call Panamax Customer Relations at (800) 472-5555.

Panamax warrants to the purchaser of any standard Panamax surge protector, for his or her life*, that the surge protector shall be free of defects in design, material or workmanship, and Panamax will repair or replace any defective unit.

CONNECTED EQUIPMENT WARRANTY

Panamax surge protectors are guaranteed to protect your equipment from momentary spikes and surges.

Panamax will replace, pay to replace at fair market value, or pay to repair, up to $5,000,000* equipment that is damaged by an AC power, cable, telephone, or lightning surge while connected to a properly installed Panamax surge protector if the surge protector shows signs of surge damage or is operating outside of design specifications for the life of the product while owned by the original purchaser.

*Different products carry different warranties. Please refer to the warranty that came with your surge protector for details of its warranty.

NOTE: All warranties are valid for product use in the United States and Canada. Only the standard product warranty applies to International product use. No connected equipment warranty is valid outside of the United States and Canada.
