Question - Do these prices include the Shipping?

Answer - No. Most of our prices are PLUS Shipping. We ship via UPS within the lower 48 states of the US unless otherwise requested. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or other US territories requires shipping via USPS Priority Mail. For Canadian orders, we will contact you with the shipping charges prior to filling your order.

Question - How soon will my order be shipped?

Answer - Power Supply Source, Inc. sends your orders immediately to our fulfillment center upon receipt. The center ships Monday - Friday only. Orders received before pickup times can get shipped the same day. Orders received later will be shipped the following day. If our center does not have the model(s) you ordered in stock, you will be contacted.

Question - How soon will I get my order?

Answer - If you have not opted for a quicker shipping option, the price you are paying includes normal UPS Ground shipping. Once shipped, 5-7 working days is usually what they guarantee. Fortunately in many cases they are able to deliver much faster. This does depend on where you are located though.

Question - Who can answer technical or product selection questions for me?

Answer - Power Supply Source, Inc. will do their best to assist you with product selection questions. However if you need assistance of a special technical nature, you do have a couple of options:

Question - These are great prices you offer. Are the products new?

Answer - Absolutely! We are taking a volume sales approach combined with excellent service. This approach has proven itself to be successful and appreciated by all our customers! We sell ONLY factory-fresh and current products. Sometimes we can offer older models as a close-out, but they are also brand new. We do NOT sell any refurbished, returned or gray-market products. EVER!
